Air damper
The impact when the air damper is attached is reduced to about 1/4 of the level without the air damper.
In the absence of the "air damper," shocks occur during the suction and release of the suction plate (disk), which can also affect brakes and electric motors that use brakes. The electromagnetic brake's "air damper" is installed with a damper ring (shock-absorbing material) on the outer circumference of the suction plate (disk) to seal the gap between the electromagnet and the suction plate (disk), utilizing the air in the gap as an air damper. This allows for the mitigation of shocks that occur during the suction and release of the suction plate (disk). 【Features】 ■ Reduces shocks to brakes and electric motors ■ Extends the lifespan of brakes ■ Lowers the operational noise of brakes *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
